Galaxy watch ultra google play store voucher reward - has anyone got redemption

I received my email this morning with my voucher reward says to click on claim your reward 

When I click it spins has anyone managed to get their code ? And then get an error page

Just got my reward email, clicked to claim the reward and I've had the same problem, spinning circle then an error screen saying it might take up to 24 hours to retrieve the reward....

I get this error as well when I tried to claim my reward. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
