I can't understand how to add an eSIM to my Smart Watch 7 using a smartphone Samsung A14 or A15 because they don't have eSIM support, so I can't add a mobile plan to the smartphone using the eSIM .

Assuming your smart switch supports esim and is paired to your phone. Open the settings for your watch on your phone. Press the mobile plans button and scan your esim or code there. Your watch doesn't care if your phone doesn't support it so don't worry.
This does not work and you don't understand the question. Samsung A14 5G does not, by itself, support eSIM only the Smart Watch 7 does, so you can't add an eSIM using the phone's settings. In the Wearable app after choosing mobile plans, as shown in the screenshot below, only SIMs that have been physically inserted are shown as options without the possibility to add an eSIM directly to the watch (and, again, it is not possible to add an eSIM in the A14's settings either):

But first you need to know if your watch supports esim or its the Bluetooth version
It's the LTE version.

You will need to contact your network provider to setup a mobile plan for your watch. If they support watch plans as not all do
The network provider does have eSIMs and watch plans and I'm trying to get them to work. The question is how do I add the eSIM through the wearable app or the watch when the A14 phone does not, by itself, allow adding an eSIM in its settings?
