From past experience, you have to go back to Google and look for the trusted handsets etc. Once found remove what you no longer have.
This should remove the said item from the play store.

You can't remove devices from your google account which is annoying and an argument that has been going on for years with Google, all you do is follow what pete00 state's then sign out of the devices you no longer have then they disappear from the list in the play store.

If you have access to Google goto data and privacy. Scroll down to the bottom of the page or until you see 'your devices' this will list everything that is connected to Google

I've signed out, but it is still there.. Have I got to wait the 28 days until it's removed from the history?

Should be no need to wait, I'm not sure what the 28 days is as I've never come across that before.
