From past experience, you have to go back to Google and look for the trusted handsets etc. Once found remove what you no longer have. This should remove the said item from the play store.
If you have access to Google goto data and privacy. Scroll down to the bottom of the page or until you see 'your devices' this will list everything that is connected to Google
You can't remove devices from your google account which is annoying and an argument that has been going on for years with Google, all you do is follow what pete00 state's then sign out of the devices you no longer have then they disappear from the list in the play store.
