I've lost my SIM card tray for my smartphone, and there's no option to make calls from my watch on my watch (without turning off Bluetooth)

Not sure as i gave up on cellular watches for WIFI, but with WIFI and Google it does allow call over wifi, but I think if the phone is off it might not work, plus you would need to set it up.

@HavenC Can you confirm what watch you have? If this is not a 4G watch, you will need to have your watch connected to your phone to receive calls.
