Hissing noise

I seem to hear some sort of hissing noise coming from my Galaxy buds, I tried changing the audio codec and resetting the buds but it seems the noise just got louder and now happens when I'm not playing any audio, is there a way to fix this?

Are you using ambient sound and did you enable the enhancement?

No ambient sound is off, and what do you mean by the enhancement?

Depending on which buds you're using, there are options to hear ambient sounds and enhance them with the wearable app. You may hear a lot of hissing if this is enabled and set to high volume.
