My buds plus will not connect to the wearable app.  It will connect to Bluetooth p n my Galaxy Note 10 lite, can someone please help.

Are you sure the buds are genuine? Alot of fakes have been going around on the internet

I have genuine buds+ and same thing, ok over Bluetooth but can't connect with the app!
