I need some advice please. I have a Galaxy Watch Active and the heart rate monitor has stopped working. The green light that used to emit from the back of the watch is no longer coming on. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this please? Thank you very much.

@Chelle66: If you open the Samsung Health app on your Watch Active > Swipe up or down to access the Heart Rate Tracker > Swipe up or down > Auto HR Settings, and check to see if this is enabled. If it is, try disabling this feature by selecting Auto HR Settings > Never, then tap Measure to manually activate the tracker. Are you able to take a reading?
