Any ideas why this watch face loses the steps and heart points perimeter rings when selected. It's installed on the watch 4. Anyone else having the same problem with a fix?

Is that not just the always on display? Unless you lift your wrist or press a button to interact with the watch, it has a basic clock feature on all the time, you can turn AOD off in settings.

Hi, thank you for your response. I don't have 'always on display' activated. This is how it's meant to look.lywqjz1cbht51_22290_1647167513.jpg

Maybe it is a glitch with that particular watch face, what one is it? Is it in the galaxy store? I can try it on my watch 4 to see if this is an issue with the watch face or maybe your watch if you'd like.

Oh it's the Google fit one isn't it, I've just tried it on my watch and the same has happened. So I'd say its a glitch, annoying!

It's part of the Google fit app on the watch. It's downloaded as part of the app from the Google store. I use it because its what I'm familiar with although I also use the samsung health app on the watch and phone as well. I think like you said it's a glitch that google need to fix? Thank you for your help.
