Gear sport: bluetooth connection keep drop out

I connected my gear sport to iphone xs. Before the may update, the Bluetooth connection drop out occasionally (about 5 times per day). After the may update, bluetooth connection drop out very frequently (every 20 minutes) which the watch unusable. 

Anyone has faced this issue as well or has any solution?
