So when I try to set up Samsung pay via Samsung gear, the app begins with saying "register Samsung pay in United Arab Emirates" it doesn't give me an option to register it in the UK which is where I reside and my UK bank cards do not work with the UAE app. I've reset my gear and re installed the app but it still does the same thing.
Anyone any suggestions

I had the same problem having bought my Gear S3 from Amazon uk. It was a grey import from Dubai. I sent it back to them for a refund.
