Galaxy Wearable App version 2.2.57.23102461 is crashing on Google Pixel 7 Pro running Android 14 January 2024 security update.

I have the same issue, Galaxy Watch 4 received update yesterday, and now the wearable app keeps crashing and watch stop connecting.

Have the same issue. Tried multiple attempts to uninstall the app. No luck. Suggestions welcome!

strange, my s23u with watch 5 is fine, also have my buds connected and no issues

I had the same issue Galaxy Watch 4 with Pixel 7 Pro, the Galaxy Wearable app update Friday or Saturday and watched was no longer getting updates, the app would crash as soon as it opened. Tried resetting, reinstalling, to no avail, however this morning I updated "Galaxy Watch4 Plugin" and it is all working again.

Same here.  Samsung G4 watch updated the OS and now it does not work.  Typical Samsung.  They don't test the software before they brick our watches.  2nd time for me.

Ok, I went through a similar situation. I even contacted Samsung with no avail. HERE IS WHAT WORKED FOR ME. It may not be the solution for everyone but it worked. I have a Pixel 7Pro and a a Watch 5. After the new update the Wearable app went screwy. Here are the steps I took to fix it.

 

1) Factory rest my watch (you might be ok skipping this step).

2) Uninstalled Samsung Wearable App

3) Uninstalled Samsung Watch plugin.

Reinstalled Samsung Wearable, reconnected my watch and thought the new install process it reinstalled the Plugin app.

 

Everything is working smoothly again.
