@frankie007: On your connected phone, please can you try heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show System apps > OK > Gear S Plugin > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Cache. Now, open the Wearables app, and check your notification settings to ensure that WhatsApp and Facebook are toggled on. I'd also recommend restarting both the phone and watch to address any temporary software issues.
