My device started to feel very strange stinging sensation on my wrist. I rubbed and scratched and thought it must be something weird but it felt like a sting. few seconds later repeated and then finally again  I investigated took my watch off. Base felt warm to touch but also sniffed the casing to fin an electrical burning smell. I have seen others in various forums complain about pretty reasonable burns. I've turned it off and wont wear again. Samsung like to hear your viewpoint on safety of these devices.. I now have an unwearable piece of tech.

The same thing happened to me. The glass cover on the back has fallen off. You can go to amazon and purchase a replacement for 10 bucks.
