Active Watch vibrates too often.

I want my watch to buzz when I get a text, a call, or the alarm goes off. 

It buzzes constantly and when I look, there's no message. 

Also  isn't there a lock? It thinks my sleeve is my finger, and does things, and sometimes tells me how many steps I've taken when I didn't set it to record steps. I just want the clock showing at all times, no little man running  or person swimming.

it's long process, basically you need to disable any notifications you don't want in the notifications section on the galaxy wearable app settings. then on the samsung health settings you need to turn off all the reminders. then to stop the watch from registering unwanted touches you need to go into the settings and turn of raise to wake, touch to wake then that means you can only wake it by pressing the button

and in regards to steps I haven't a clue how to turn that one off
