I have the Galaxy watch Active, and since the last update , I cannot mark and email as read or delete emails, or mark whatsapp messages as read from the 3-button options any more. I have tried resetting the watch completely. It still has not resolved it. I have no updates pending , neither watch or apps or samsung apps. The show on Phone option works though
The Watch software is R500XXU1FUB5, installed on 6/4/2021 (SM-R500)
Can anyone suggest a remedy ?
I have uninstalled Wearable app, reinstalled, and hard reset the watch as well again. This hasnt solved anything. I contacted Samsung support chat and they say I have to send the watch in for repair/ look at by the Samsung engineers. Is this really required ? Anyone has any suggestions ? I think it is a software issue, not a hardware so not sure what they intend to repair
So I am not the only one then.. What would it take to fix this ?
