Has anyone had their order status change from acknowledgment?

mine has been stuck on acknowledge for days now!!

Whenever I preorder items from Samsung, the order status is delayed. I wouldn't worry and simply ignore the status—I've had items still say being processed *similar* while I'm holding the item.

Mines changed to order confirmed,from acknowledged. Just changed today.

Iv'e seen a few posts on here today to say the order was being prepared for dispatched.

Yes, mine changed from acknowledged today to confirmed and now to preparing dispatch.

On the samsung orders it says in progress. I just checked the ups site and says a label has been created but they don't have the package yet

Kindly, how did you get the order number for the UPS?
Also I thought it's DPD for UK deliveries?
