Have you tried updating the watch software, to ensure it's all up to date? Often times, a little bug in the system can mess things around! If you haven't yet, first head into the Play Store > Galaxy Wearable > Update (if there's an update available). Then, head into Galaxy Wearable > Select Watch settings > Select Watch software update > Select either Install now or Install overnight.
