I bought the Galaxy Watch 7, wanting to get a stand alone line, turns out you can't get a stand alone line on these, so I got one paired to my phone with it's own line to use when it's disconnected from my phone. The problem is when it's disconnected from my phone the battery only last 4-6 hours, as opposed to around 2-3 days when connected to my phone. I've turned off Bluetooth and done everything support says to do to save power, it still only last 6 hours at most, and that's if I don't use it for anything.

Try checking the battery status and try to identify what's draining the battery alternatively of its under warranty send it in for repair etc.

It will drain more battery using the LTE feature, same happens on my Watch 7 Ultra, and did on my watch 6 47mm LTE, I found the best thing to do is, make sure your WiFi & Bluetooth are off, plus any app which may want a continuous cellular or WiFi connection. You still might not get the full 2 days, but you at least get 1+ days out of it, things to know are, even if your actual phone cannot get a cellular signal, it will use more battery looking for one, and make sure you WiFi on your phone is off when not in use, yet again cause of battery drain, make sure Bluetooth is not enabled if you have nothing connected and always check you have no apps running in the background, on your watch and phone, unless you need them running.
I think just to get 2 days from your watch, it needs to be at least 55mm to incorporate a bigger battery 🔋, just like the Samsung ring, the bigger the ring, the bigger the battery
Good luck and enjoy the watch 7, hope you done a software update to the latest one UI6 🙏
