I am new to the smart watch world, I have just recieved my first smart watch the galaxy 6 watch and I need some help .. When I recieve a text message on my phone it shows up on my watch but it also opens it up too, is there a way of stopping it opening up and just showing who its from until I tap it ?
Hi there yes there is, go on wearable app. Click on settings then click on notifications, then on advanced notification settings and turn off the setting turn on screen when you receive notifications. Now you will have to tap to see it

Or on that same menu you could turn off show details if you still want your screen to light up when you receive notifications. Any further questions or help with anything else just ask 🙂👍
Great I will try this now, I still want to see ive had a notification and for it to light up, I just dont want it to open up so the second option is probably best, Thank you
