The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi from France,
My new Galaxy watch 7 did record correctly sleeping data for a couple of days then stopped recording data but recorded only sleeping time duration. Today I saw a recent Samsung Health monitor update so I just downloaded and installed it. Previously I did a factory reset and also a clear cache partition on my watch ...will see what will happend next night. Zac

I restarted the watch and cleared cache (watch > settings > apps > Samsung health > clear cache) - after this and a nap it started working, will update tomorrow morning
