So was.usimg my buds yesterday whilst it was raining, I got home out my buds into the case and got a message stating that the earbuds charging has stopped, I've done all the troubleshooting steps and still no charge even though the car is fully charged It is showing on the wearable app as 0 charge

When speaking to Samsung they said I might be charged for the repair due to water damage but I thought these were water resistant

I'm sorry to hear that your Buds3 Pro have experienced water damage, @Dredinho. Your earbuds are indeed water resistant, in that they can withstand light rain or moisture. However, they are not waterproof, so they will not be fully impervious to water damage if exposed to rainfall for an extended period of time.
