@simonp123 Do you have any updates pending for the Samsung Health app? If not, please check for any software updates for your smartwatch. To update your smartwatch:

1. On your mobile device, open the Galaxy Wearable app.
2. Select Watch settings.
3. Select Watch software update.
4. Select either Install now or Install overnight.

Are there any updates available?

You can try a few things -

Restart your phone and the watch.

If Samsung Health on your phone is synced to your Samsung Account, then go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > Clear data. When you open Samsung Health, it should automatically get the data from the server.

Also check if there are updates available for Samsung Health app on watch and phone.

Thank you for your help but I've tried all that, this was my last option to see if I'd missed anything. Even checked that permissions where checked . I'm stumped

@simonp123 Thank you for trying that. Please make sure Bluetooth is activated on both devices and that they are within 10m distance of each other. Also, make sure there are no obstructions between the devices such as electrical equipment or walls.

If not, please restart your smartwatch by doing the following:

To restart your smart watch press the Power button once and then tap Restart.

Turn your mobile device off for 20 seconds and then turn it back on.

Has this solved your issue?

I afraid not. Found the the watch links with Samsung Health Monitor but it won't show in Samsung Health, I have to put it in there manually. Getting there.

Do you have any power management apps or settings enabled on your device?

How long has the issue been occurring for?

You mention Samsung Health Monitor. Are you referring to Blood pressure and ECG not getting reflected in Samsung Health? If so, then in Samsung Health Monitor app, you need to allow permission to share data from Samsung Health Monitor to Samsung Health app.
