Can anyone please help? Only one of my earbuds is working on all my Samsung appliances but if i try on my partners Samsung phone they both work. I'm puzzled I've tried everything but cant get them to work.

I had this problem, a restart on my phone sorted it.

What " appliances " do you have your earbuds paired to ?

Try a factory reset of the earbuds.

If no joy then unpair / delete the pairing and start over.

Ensure all your relevant software if updated via your wearable app.
