Galaxy Watch 5 not recording cycling or showing on the watch or phone app.

 Hi All

I bought for my wife a samsung 5 watch rose 40 mm, every time we cycling is not recording or show any option to start manualy, we try all the youtube videos and trouble shoot but no success.

We update all the software the latest and still not showing cycling on the watch or on the samsung s22 ultra 5g.

Please help.

Automatic detection does not work for cycling. You should be able to start it manually from Samsung Health app > Exersice > Choose workout or from the Samsung Health Multi-Workouts tile. 

If you do not see the tile, you can add it either from the Watch itself or via the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.

If the workout (cycling) is missing, you can add it to the list.

I am trying to do the same with my phone. I click on cycling and manually start the excersise but it does not track my distance (i make sure my location is on) only tracks the time.
