I received an update today in UK. Now the setting is visible in Samsung Health App --> Measurements in the watch.

If you're still having trouble with this here's what worked for me.
- Go onto your watch and in Settings get it to check for a software update (near bottom of the list). It should say there is one (I'm in the UK and it was only pushed out on 28th August in my case).
- Update the watch and let it restart.
- Double check phone and Samsung Health app at latest versions.
- On the watch go to Settings -> Samsung Health -> Measurement
- Scroll down in Measurements to the Blood Oxygen During Sleep section and turn this On.
- You should now get the Auto Measurements during Sleep.
Hope this helps.

This worked for me...I had Samsung Health with Watch 4 but also had Sleep as Android for monitoring oxygen...I uninstalled Sleep and it the data just appeared in the Samsung Health. Try to disable any other apps monitoring your health using the same sensor (Watch4)
