Galaxy Watch 4 LTE not answering calls

I am unable to receive calls on my Galaxy Watch 4 LTE unless it is connected to Bluetooth and is close to my phone. It doesn't receive calls when my phone is turned off. I have checked the settings but can't see anything wrong. Help please. 😕

I saw that post too and tried it, but it didn't help. I think there must be  setting that is incorrect or the problem is ith the service provider. Thanks very much  for your help. 🙂

I'm not sure. I don't turn my phone off very often.

I'm glad to see this issue has been resolved, what was the reason it didn't work?

Did you have to contact your mobile carrier to resolve this issue.

I contacted the mobile carrier and the issue was corrected. I recently got a new phone and that resulted in the connection with the watch being removed. They reconnected and all is well. Your suggestion to contact the mobile carrier was the solution. Thanks again. 😁
