Hi. So i got my ring today and I note that if i set it to measure heart rate continuously it doesn't do it. It still seems to do it every ten minutes. My watch 5 pro does this just fine, but the ring does not. I have checked settings and even reset the ring. The ring fits just fine and has full charge. Has anyone else got this problem? If they don't address it then it's going back. For a £400 ring i expect this to work.

I also bought the ring with continuous heart rate monitoring being one of the main features. sleep tracking without a watch is the other major feature. currently app has been updated to not have a setting to enable continuous measurements. I am extremely dissatisfied.  a ring that only measures heart rate once every  10 minutes? is this some joke? guess i'm staying out of the samsung ecosystem.

I don't even see where that 10 min rate is. For me it doesn't measure at all, if I don't press that Measure button 😞

I have been trying to see my heart rate during exercise too and have been unable to get it to work. Even if I manually start a program it's still not measuring. Very frustrating.

Another here that purchased the ring for heart rate during workouts, I also have a watch 3 which can not measure my heart rate due to tattoos, so the ring appeared to be my answer according to Samsung Advertising... it MUST be made to work when required, even if I lose battery time , so annoying 😒

Hi. This post is definitely not solved.

According to your edit, It might measure it continously, but you can't see the results anywhere in the app.

Also, there is a HR chart monitored during your sleep, but all you can see is your average HR. You should be able to click on the chart and see the exact HR, for a specific time...

the ring and the sensors might be good, but you definitely need to improve the software

Hi, I also just ordered the ring because I already have a galaxy watch 6 that will absolutely not measure my heart rate at all due to heavy tattoos. I thought they were supposed to work in tandem. Are you saying that there will be no useful heart rate information if I wear them together? I need to wear my galaxy watch to receive work notifications,  I also need to monitor my heart rate because I have a heart condition.  This is terrible news. Let me know if you have any solutions or tips. It hasn't yet arrived and I'm already regretting the purchase now.
