Galaxy Fit 3 not Syncing Workputs

My Galaxy fit 3 is not syncing workouts to Samsung Health. I have reset the Fit 3, reset Samsung Health, and still my walking workouts dont sync. Am I missing Something???

I go for my walk, start the workout on my Fit 3, it records the steps to Samsung Health but does not register the workout.

Have the same issue, was deciding between Xiaomi new watch and decided to go with Samsung this time. Can it be a reason to return an item as not serving the purpose under the warranty?

I think it could - the problem is that it is difficult to replicate the error - it only happened to me occasionally...

Hi, I have the same issues. SH doesn't record my cycling and running outside. Any advise what j can do? Should I email samsung support? I have samsung phone.

Had the same issue with Fit3 today. Walked 7000 steps on my treadmill, then synced with the phone and now it shows 12 steps. I'm infuriated. Samsung, please respond, when we are going to have the fix for this?

For this particular error, removing the location service permission for the gear fit plugin should help:

Settings -> Apps -> Galaxy Fit3 Plugin -> Permissions -> Location, and changed it from 'Allow all the time' to 'Don't allow'.

Exactly - the device's main purpose is to encourage you and see your progress. Otherwise, we can all use pen and paper, not made by Samsung.

well, this solution would be cheaper... and significantly more reliable at the moment 🙂

Back up data, unpair watch and reinstall Wearable and other associated apps. While my issue was not completely resolved, the sync works slightly better.

today the same thing, finally reinstalling of Health app helped...after reinstalling the data for the missing days appeared...
