This is really annoying me so hopefully someone can help!
When my watch 4 auto detects that I'm walking, it will keep minimising the workout screen so when I lift my wrist to wake the watch to check time/distance, I just see my watch face with a little walking symbol at the bottom. It's awfully fiddly to accurately press the tiny symbol to get the workout screen back, and I have to do this every time I want to check how long/far I've walked!
The watch doesn't do this when I manually start a walk though 🤨 I've had a play around in settings on the wear app but can't see anything glaringly obvious?!

Hey @Ksmy89.
Are you having the same issue when using other apps/features? I'd suggest that you toggle off and on Always on Display. From the Home Screen, swipe up to access Apps > Settings > Display > Tap on the Always on Display option to toggle it On/Off.

This problem is specific to when I'm exercising, I've never had always on display enabled so don't think it's related to that. As mentioned, there is no issue when I manual start a walk workout, it's just the auto detected ones when this is happening.
