this is common. the fix isn't that easy. look on you tube for how to open up the bud that isn't working. their is a cable attachment that for some reason gets loose. it requires a little push on the connector. or if you dont feel confident enough for that, get in touch with samsung for a repair. I'd assume they are still under warranty.
