My right earbud drains faster than my left earbud. They're both fine until my left earbud gets at around 60% at which point my right earbud drains from around 60% to 10% in a matter of 2-3 hours. My charging case is also a bit faulty as it doesn't always charge my buds. I've reset my buds multiple times and the problems are still there.

Make sure the charging contacts of both case and buds are perfectly clean so that the buds charge correctly. Another thing you can do is to make sure that the buds are up to date from Galaxy Wearable app > About Galaxy Buds > Update software > Update now. If the issue continues, it might be the case of replacing the charging case or have the buds checked. You can either visit your closest Samsung Support Centre or get in touch with Technical Support either on Facebook or Twitter for further assistance.
