Galaxy buds pro. Sounds changes to box type

Hi. 

I have the galaxy buds pro. However I've come across a strange issue. When listening to music suddenly the sounds changes to like a box type. Bass is there but high end is missing. 

I've unpaired and paired. 

Reset in the wearable app. Made sure app and buds are upto date. Disabled the equaliser and voice detection is always off. 

Any way of resetting the wearable app so it loses the stored data? 

I've cleared data and it grabs my old settings. Was wondering if that would help 

Any suggestions?

Might be in android files that you need to delete wearable files , you'll need a file app called " files " blue icon with white folder on it to access android files , I'd also try wiping cache partition
