Galaxy Buds Pro - Ear Infection, discomfort & Ear issues

Hi,

Can anyone give any advice on this please?

I often use in-ear headphones without issue, but when I use my Galaxy buds Pro, they cause severe discomfort.
I've just googled the issue to find a solution and seems it's a known / common problem with no real solution.....

What can I do?

I believe it is a common problem. I resolved it on mine by replacing the tips with memory foam ones.
These are readily available on line, but make sure you get ones designed for the Pro model ONLY.

Hi @s1lang  Some customers like @Blind_Marv  found better comfort by purchasing Memory phone Tips .  I have not used them myself(though have Buds2 rather than pro)  but these ones certainly seem compatible. https://www.amazon.co.uk/SOULWIT-Replacement-Compatible-Isolation-Portable-Black/dp

Tbh - given the cost of the headphones and the issues they've caused, I'm just going to try and return for a refund 😞
Got some similar Anker ones instead that are working perfectly out the box
