"Fully charge your case.
Open case. Take both buds out. Put a SINGLE bud in. Watch the LED on the INSIDE OF THE CASE (between the L and R on the Galaxy Buds + case). If is stays red, don't touch anything. Wait 30 minutes. Try this for both buds 5-15 times each.
That's it. Seems to me the battery is so dead in one or both of the buds that things don't work right, so you have to connect a bunch of times to get enough juice in the battery to properly charge/function."
