Check Compatibility: Ensure that your mobile phone is compatible with the Galaxy Active 2. Generally, it should work with most modern Android and iOS devices.

Install the Necessary Apps:

For Android phones, download the Galaxy Wearable app from the Google Play Store. For iPhones, download the Samsung Galaxy Watch app from the Apple App Store.

Enable Bluetooth:

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone. You can usually find this in the settings menu or by pulling down the quick settings menu.

Charge Your Devices:

Ensure both your phone and Galaxy Active 2 are sufficiently charged.

Pair Your Devices:

Open the Galaxy Wearable app (on Android) or Samsung Galaxy Watch app (on iPhone).Follow the on-screen instructions to start the pairing process. This usually involves selecting your Galaxy Active 2 from a list of nearby devices.Confirm any pairing codes that appear on both devices to ensure they match.

Grant Permissions:

During the setup process, you may be asked to grant various permissions for things like notifications, contacts, and location. Make sure to allow these permissions for full functionality.

Update Software:

After pairing, check for any software updates for both your Galaxy Active 2 and the companion app. Keeping your devices updated can resolve connectivity issues.

Restart Devices:

If you encounter any issues, try restarting both your mobile phone and the Galaxy Active 2, then attempt the pairing process again.

I'm a little outdated with the watches I can't lie. But is that an old watch? As you can no longer connect old watches to the newer phones, something to do with not being able to update the watches from the new phones which is just a marketing technique I guess lol
