Galaxy buds live

I've tried everything recommended by fellow users but have to give up on them, they are  useless when walking using the buds live, i received them free after purchasing a very expensive phone, samsung have failed with these they constantly break up which makes them impossible to enjoy so i will happily revert back to my £35 ear phone i purchased on line, as the galaxy buds live where free i have no problem putting them in the bin, i advise anybody thinking about buying any to not bother.

How do I go about getting the free earbuds (with phone purchase deal)?. My daughter is desperate for them 😆

Totally agree!!!

I bought these Buds. Have to wear the telephone at chest-height for them to keep connection to the buds.

Also, the noise reduction is totally useless. When I walk straight and turn my head the sound dissapears and is replaced with "plunk" "clonk" and other banjo-like sound, just like the old GSM-phones when they had bad coverage! Also! There is NO confirmation when you press the "long" alternative for instanse to use the Google Assistant. So you will not know when to say your request!
I've had them sent in for service at Samsung and the changed both the cradle and both left and right set, i e, a whole knew product with new serial number along with the comment: tested OK. (LMAO) I got out and tried the new buds and the long press still doesn't work! The only way to get a confirmation of "long press" is if you have that option designated to ANC (Active Noice Cancelling which is rubbish any way) but if you IN THE APP choose to have "Voice command" - the confirmation of the long press is all gone!

I sincerely want to warn everyone considering buying Galaxy Buds Live!!!
