Galaxy Buds 3 is visible to only one device.

1. Galaxy Buds 3 connects to my Smartphone, then when I disconnect it and try to connect it to the Laptop, it is not visible to the Laptop.
2. Then, when I reset the settings, it becomes visible on the laptop and connects to it, but becomes invisible to my Smartphone.
3. Then, when I reset the settings on the Laptop. It gets visible on the Smartphone but becomes invisible to my Laptop

How do I fix this problem?
