I have tried what testing 123 advised but still no joy. I have contacted customer services for help. I will let you know if it works.

I wouldn't waste your time. mine were sent out with yodel who didn't deliver them. Samsung won't respond yodel tell me to contact Samsung! 5 emails sent with no response. nothing done, no more sent out. terrible service
