So when you buy a S23 ultra together say you get free buds. So who do you get tthem? the code i was sent from O2 dint work . Now they say come on thus app vlick the banner 0which is not there, ahhhhh

@Knight-Rider: If you purchased your Galaxy S23 Ultra from O2 between the 13th April - 10th May 2023, then you should receive a unique voucher code via SMS within 30 days of the purchase date to claim your Buds2, for use on the O2 store. If the voucher code has not worked, then please contact O2 customer support directly for further assistance.

Yeah the code doesn't work because the price has changed. O2 said I need to contact samsung 🥵 feels like another con

@Knight-Rider: This is a retailer/network specific promotion, so it is the sole responsibility of O2 to honour it. If there has been a price change on their website, and the code isn't working, then please bring this to their attention, as the voucher code should be valid until the 5th July 2023, as per the terms and conditions.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I am sorry mate to hear this the same happened to me. Well I can tell you that Samsung is full of screaming schemes. I will give you an example, I bought a Samsung S20 when it came out and there was a promotion of galaxy active watch which I did not get. I also bought Samsung galaxy 5 watch pro on the promise that I will get £100 google voucher. When I claimed they sent me a link which did not work. I raised a complaint with customer service they said the promotion has finished and as good will gesture they will offer me £30 voucher which I can only use on Samsung website. So I am not surprised that you have been robbed off. In future I would stay clear of Samsung. Hope people will head the warning
