1. I don't have BP issues and it was just to try the feature on the watch 6
2. For the BP to work you do need an actual BP machine to check it with and then have to calibrate once a month.
So I figured might as well use the dedicated BP for checking.
So although I can't answer your question if you do want BP monitoring maybe consider the galaxy watches instead as they can do a lot more in terms of health analysis if that's your goal.
