My left earbud went quiet so I bought a replacement. I ordered another RM175 as that is all the info I was aware of. Now trying to pair the new earbud I see my old one has a 9CE5 bluetooth code and the new one is 83C6 number, even though they are both RM175. I can only get one or the other playing at any given time. Is it even possible to pair them together or have I just wasted money?

@D4RR3LL: Please try unpairing the original right Bud, then place both Buds in the charging case, close the lid for 3 seconds, then open it to automatically enter pairing mode. Are you able to pair both buds in this manner?

They both show up. But as 2 separate devices. I can pair both separately to my iPhone but not as one device. For instance, when both paired I can hear music from one but when I want to hear music from the other it cuts off the other ear. So it’s switching from device to device essentially.

That's a fail Andrew. I have the same exact problem. No joy
