have you charged the case with the buds in side it could be need of charge,if you open the Wearable app once connected it shows on there how much charge they have each

thank you for response yes charged them up it just says left is disconnected right is 100% i have reset and still nothing on left bud very annoying 😒

please make sure that the Galaxy Buds are fully up to date by heading to: Galaxy Wearable app > About earbuds > Update earbuds software > Download and install. Also, turn your Bluetooth off and on, on your paired phone; wait about 20 seconds and then turn it back on. Finally, proceed with a reset of the buds via: Samsung wearable app > About earbuds > Reset.
