Galaxy Watch 7 sign in loop on setup

i just received my watch 7 and i cant get it setup, my phone keeps asking for a google account, i have added 2 accounts but it keeps asking for more and i cant get past this screen and the watch just says "check your phone to complete setup" how do i fix this?

Did you have it paired up to another phone before?
Are you using the wearable app?

no its brand new out of the box and yes using the wearable app, on setup the phone recognises my account and asks me to confirm the password i then have to agree a couple of things ie automatic updates etc i click agree, it then says "just a sec" with a spinning icon and then goes to the google sign in screen again asking me to add a google account to this device...i try to sign sign again and it just says account already exists on this device...i have tried creating a new account same thing happens...i just cant get past this sign in screen

ok...i fixed it...when it recognises your account and say continue as *your name* click next...then it asks you to verify your password...leave it blank and click skip in the bottom left corner...setup then completes
