I've reported for a repair a week ago. DPD are emailing saying we will come up pick up my watch for 2 days. Twice now they have cancelled my collection. I've waited for them to come to pick it up. Only to know its been cancelled. They email saying they will come next day. And cancelled again. Reported to Samsung they cancelled the job. Rebooked the collection and got an email from DPD we will get in touch with you. And still waiting.
I have done. They are blaming Samsung. Pushing me from DPD TO SAMSUNG asking me to sort the issue out when it's an issue with the driver lying and them sending back to Samsung. And when I said I want to raise complaint they say talk to Samsung which I don't get
