I lost the case for my Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds, I'm gutted, these are awesome earbuds.

Called the UK Support Call Centre and they have booked a DPD collection for my buds so they can be connected to a new case, but no price as of yet!

Hi @KeyboardDemon  That is  a pity,at least a collection has been sorted.  Hopefully the price will be reasonable, assuming the Buds  themselves are fine.

Thanks James, apart from not being able to give me a price, I think the service has been really good and I'm hopeful that I will be reporting a positive outcome at the end of it.

It might be time to invest in a case cover that I can attach to my belt/belt loop for my next case. Any recommendations would be welcome.

I looked at that as an option, the ear buds and the case are paired together so that when we open the case the buds connect to our phones and both case and eat buds battery levels cannot be checked.

The way I understand it is that a new case would lose some of the functionality of the old case until the buds and case have been paired together.

I got a price from the company at £59 for the full 'repair' as they have called it and should expect to get my buds back soon, having to use my Jabra 65T buds in the meantime, which sounds great but are not as comfortable.
