Lost repair

Put my watch into Samsung Edinburgh for an authorised repair, it was sent back to me on thursday the 6th oct for next day delivery.

It arrived at the local DPD depot on Friday 7th morning but has now been lost at the depot.

When I contact DPD they have said I need to contact Samsung in order for Samsung to raise the issue but I cannot  get  an agent on Samsung that actually understands English.

How do i raise the issue so that I can get a result from DPD?

Have you tried text chat in the Members app under the support section other than that you could keep trying on the phone till you get an advisor you understand or wants to help.
