You can take screenshots by pressing power + recents keys simultaneously.
@neilcotton It is not possible to disable this AFAIK.

Any reason why you find it annoying?
Are the buttons pressing against your hand and taking a screenshot?
Maybe consider reporting it via the feedback here.
I would have hoped they had that under customisation of the buttons.
Maybe might come with an update so best to report it.

@neilcotton: I'm sorry to hear of your frustration surrounding the screenshot feature on your Galaxy Watch6. I have looked into this for you, and it is sadly not possible to disable the option, or re-map the buttons to prevent screenshots from being taken with the Home + Back buttons. This also isn't an option on our range of Galaxy mobile devices, although I do appreciate that it might be of benefit to some users to have the ability/choice to turn it off, especially if screenshots are being taken accidentally. I will pass this to our Research and Development Team, who will explore the possibility of introducing this as an option in future products or updates. As soon as they get back to me, I will let you know their feedback on the matter.

I would also like the option to turn off screensnapshots. They happen to me when wearing a coat with elastic at the end of the sleeves.

I also have this problem. This isn't a new issue. It has been all over the Samsung forums and Redit for years with the older watches as well.
I experience the problem when putting my backpack on. The strap catches the buttons and takes a screenshot. This has to be the most useless feature I've seen. Who is taking screenshot of their watch face?
