Couldn't get skin temperature data

Skin temperature data to predict cycle worked perfectly for about 8 days after the recent update on my Galaxy Watch 5, but it suddenly stopped working. Last data point was on 3 Aug (see first screenshot).
The watch records my sleep normally, so it should be able to get the skin temperature data too. But when I go to watch to synchronise the temperature data, I get a "couldn't get temperature data" error message (see second screenshot).
Has this happened to anyone else?

I've been getting this too.

Samsung updates always ruin way more than they fix.

Ever since the recent update in 2024. My watch feature like skin temperature,  daily  log don't work properly.  My watch will enter safe mode on its own, even when I take off briefly and have it sitting on the counter ( not charging).

Has nobody given you an explanation for this? It's the reason I bought the watch in the first place.

No answer to the issue was given. They requested logs which I provided, then stated logs were blank.  After submitting my information 3 times I gave up.  Two weeks later another update was pushed out, which resolved that problem. But I gained a heat warning issue during callings.
