Galaxy Ring update Temp

Anyone else shares the frustration of the new ring update where it reports your temperature as a + or - of degrees in comparison with the night before without giving you an actual reading of what your temperature is. I've not been massively impressed with the ring and mainly use it for sleep tracking and cycle tracking. I can no longer use the temp data to track my cycle due to this update and seems pointless using it now.

My ring has started doing similar, it now reads my sleep temperature as 1 degree to minus 1 degree. Was the hottest night of the year yesterday.
I have been on the chat twice to get it sorted. No solution, so they are asking me to send it back to them.

It just stopped recording entirely since the update. It's the main reason why I bought this ring. This is really frustrating!
